We ship your art in a rigid cardboard envelope, or a box for larger pieces. We aim to offer a very reliable package so that your art arrives undamaged to you. We ship UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. For large purchases a signature may be required for delivery, to fulfill insurance requirements.
We have made a video to show you about our packaging.
We are happy to ship internationally via the US Postal Service.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We are happy to accept returns of any of our pieces from our website within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price if the item was not removed from its protective sleeve. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that if you purchase a piece from us though another website, their returns policy may prevail.
We have found that fewer errors occur when the order is placed directly online and not over the phone. This enables you to double check your contact information and that you have chosen the correct items.
