Note amazing cartouche lower left illustrating the symbols of the crown bowing before the constitution. Map dedicated by the revolutionary National Assembly. Dated 1790, only one year after the commencement of the French Revolution.
Original antique map on paper displayed on a white mat with a gold border. Archival plastic sleeve and Certificate of Authenticity included. Map, 23″L x 20.75″H; mat, 32″L x 30.5″H.
